Yegor was extremely accommodating and professional. He and Vlad were able to come to my house in Santa Barbara the next day and Yegor was willing to give me a great discount for the diagnostic (much cheaper than anyone else in town). They take their work very seriously and will only fix your sub-zero according to sub-zero specifications...no quick fixes or jimmy rigging.

Russian technicians and that may scare you. But don't be that person. Yegor is amazing. He knows his biz. Kind. Timely. Communicative. Just awesome. Maybe a little too honest. He told me my fridge needed $1200 worth of service. He then said "But I won't do it. I can fix it but it's not worth it. Buy a new one." His honesty was refreshing. Thanks dude.
